All beginner, Advanced and published female crime writers are warmly welcome to join our group of friendly Queensland Sisters in Crime members at our June meeting:

How: If you’re early, put your feet up in the lounge bar; order a coffee or cocktail…or ask for the table reserved for Sisters in Crime in the adjoining dining area.

Who: Sisters in Crime, and all interested crime writers and readers.

Cost: Free – if you don’t eat or drink.

Topic: ‘Avoiding the stereotype’ Choose up to 3 characters in your current / past / future story and write or talk about their background / characteristics/ idiosyncrasies and what makes them interesting, unique and NOT the stereotype.

Sisters unable to attend are welcome to forward their maximum of 1000-words to the Google group for general discussion.
