Good music and a glass of wine or soft drink will follow.

Sandi and L.J. will have all their books for sale and signing (cash only please).

This is a free event with all very welcome, but please RSVP by 15 August to sandi@sandiwallace.com or on Facebook event page https://www.facebook.com/events/490294331440499/.

Into the Fog is Sandi Wallace’s third rural crime thriller and sees Melbourne journalist Georgie Harvey and Daylesford cop John Franklin risk everything in their race to find three children missing in a wild storm and a long way from home. Sandi has won a host of prizes for her short crime fiction and the Davitt Award Readers’ Choice for her debut thriller, which was also shortlisted for the Davitt Award Best Debut. Into the Fog follows rural crime thrillers Tell Me Why and Dead Again, and a collection of Sandi’s short crime On the Job.

“Sandi Wallace’s best yet! Into the Fog is engaging, fast-paced, and full of suspense.”
—Karen M. Davis, former NSW police detective and author of the Lexie Rogers series.

Archaeologist, librarian and author Dr L.J.M. Owen is the creator of the Dr Pimms, Intermillennial Sleuth series, a world of ancient murder, family secrets and forgotten women’s history. Egyptian Enigma is L.J.’s third Dr Elizabeth Pimms book, and in this latest mystery the enthusiastic archaeologist and reluctant librarian is investigating a cache of mummies hidden in the Golden Tomb. Egyptian Enigma follows Olmec Obituary (Highly Commended in the 2016 ACT Writing and Publishing Awards) and Mayan Mendacity.

“L.J.M. Owen’s latest book Egyptian Enigma has a splendid fusion of ancient and modern narratives. Her Ancient Egypt is scholarly, well-chosen and intricate. And there are recipes. What else could a reader possibly ask for?”
—Kerry Greenwood, best-selling author of the Phryne Fisher series.
