Whether you are hooked on tense outback thrillers or small-town mysteries, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss. Dive into the craft, inspiration, and secrets behind three of the most exciting recent releases:
Samantha Ross: Author of a mesmerising fiction debut, Possible Springs, that’s part coming-of-age novel and part-mystery, set in a small Australian town.
Angie Faye Martin: Winner of the ABIA Debut Book of the Year and Sisters in Crime’s Davitt Award (Best Debut) for Melaleuca, a gripping Australian outback crime thriller where a present-day murder unearths long-buried injustice.
Nikki Mottram: Crime writer with a background in child protection, discussing rural secrets and Helidon, the third installment in her acclaimed Dana Gibson mystery series.
