The best-selling author of 14 books will talk about two of them: The Frankston Murders and The Phillip Island Murder.
After 25 years of looking into the heart of darkness, Vikki knows how important it is
to give a voice to the voiceless – to murder victims and their families, to survivors of
abuse, and to the cops whose hard work brings justice to so many.
